Reconditioning
Prevent significant decline in function, reduce the incidence of injury or falls and improve physical capacity following significant illness (or general surgery). We can assist you to retain the ability to manage safely in your own residence, and reduce the risk of further admission into hospital.
Reconditioning rehabilitation program
At Brunswick Private we understand that many different circumstances can lead to a decline in an individual's physical function, and their ability to cope in their own environment. As we age it is extremely common to experience increasing trouble recovering following general surgery, or medical illness such as COVID-19, urinary tract infection, cellulitis, or even just a cold or flu.
The Rehabilitation team are well aware of these issues, and also how to treat and prevent them. We'll help you return to your own home, and reduce risk of further deterioration, as quickly and as safely as possible.
