Your experience as a patient or whilst visiting our hospital is our highest priority. We appreciate your time to provide feedback, whether positive or negative, to help us improve in the future.

In-hospital feedback
If you are currently a patient in hospital with a complaint or a concern, we encourage you to discuss this with your Nurse or Unit Manager, so we can immediately address the issue.
For all other in-hospital feedback, please complete the short online survey below. Your feedback will remain anonymous unless you choose to include your contact details.
Post-discharge survey
Approximately two weeks after your discharge you will be emailed a copy of our Patient Experience Survey. The feedback we receive from this survey helps us to know what we are doing well, and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors.
