Dr Chock is a specialist geriatrician who is deeply passionate about the care of seniors. He is enthusiastic about helping his patients maintain their health, a great quality of life, and independence. He believes wholeheartedly in the importance of fostering an excellent physician-patient relationship and is a keen advocate for his patients. Through comprehensive geriatric assessment, Dr Chock aims to empower his patients to help them develop an understanding of their health and life circumstance, and to enable them to live well.

He has worked across many Victorian health facilities including John Fawkner Hospital, Dorset Rehabilitation Centre, Eastern Health (Peter James Centre, Healesville Hospital), Alfred Health (Alfred Hospital, Caulfield Hospital, Cabrini Hospital) and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.

Throughout his years of training, Dr Chock has accumulated extensive experience in caring for patients in a wide variety of settings and is a well-rounded geriatrician. He is passionate about general aged care, cognitive impairment and dementia, falls, continence, frailty, polypharmacy, community care (home-based and residential aged care facilities), palliative care, aged psychiatry, orthogeriatrics and complex disease management.
