Christmas Mental Health Inpatient Programs

The holiday season, while often a time of celebration, can present significant challenges for people with mental health disorders. Increased stress, social pressures, and the prevalence of substances during this period can lead to heightened risks of relapse or a case of the 'Holiday Blues'.

Brunswick Private Hospital has developed inpatient programs designed to support patients during the festive period:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Christmas Art Therapy
  • Mindful Yoga
  • A visit from our Therapy Dog

GPs can refer anyone experiencing:

  • General Mood, Anxiety and Depression Disorders
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
    Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)
    Older Persons Mental Health
