Jessica joins the Brunswick Private Hospital team with wide ranging Director of Nursing experience encompassing Oncology, Surgical, General Medical and Rehabilitation medicine under Healthscope. Jessica also has experience as a Nurse Unit Manager and Quality Manager which positions her well to support the team in delivering positive clinical and business outcomes.
Equipped with a Masters of Health Administration, Jessica is passionate about excellent service delivery; patient satisfaction and employee engagement as well as having strengths in the area of cost management and stakeholder engagement.
In previous roles, Jessica has managed the growth of key areas and has also achieved cost efficiencies without impact to service delivery. Jessica is enthusiastic about supporting Brunswick Private Hospital in its ongoing growth and development.
