Professional background
Dr Linda Gonzalez is a senior Clinical Neuropsychologist with both a Masters and PhD, and is a registered Psychologist with endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology. She is also a Board Approved Supervisor for advanced training programs.
With extensive experience in understanding and supporting complex thinking and behavioural difficulties, Dr Gonzalez specialises in paediatrics, ADHD, ASD, intellectual disability, learning disorders, epilepsy, and trauma. Since graduating in 1997, she has worked in various settings, from paediatrics to aged care, and acute neurology to rehabilitation. Dr Gonzalez also holds academic appointments and lectures to advanced trainees in Neuropsychology.
Her approach is warm, encouraging, and individualised, focusing on understanding her clients and relating assessment findings to their daily function and personal history. Dr Gonzalez uses this information to develop tailored strategies to assist with everyday function and learning.
