Professional background
Dr Simon Li is a consultant neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist with extensive experience in inpatient consultation services and outpatient nerve conduction studies and electromyography (EMG). He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2002, where he was awarded the Thomas & Elizabeth Ross Scholarship by the Dean of Faculty of Medicine.
Dr Li completed his physician and neurology training before further developing his advanced skills with two clinical fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy. He was awarded the UCB Pharma Clinical Scholarship at the 8th Asian Oceanian Epilepsy Congress to support his fellowships. Since 2010, Dr Li has been working as a consultant neurologist, clinical neurophysiologist, and epileptologist across inner Melbourne.
